Of course, once you have found your home and planned your future this phase draws to a close with the signing of the contract. Next there is the task of completing the purchase which can be daunting. We will help you and guide you through the entire process. We recommend that you employ a lawyer with experience of purchasing Spanish property – ideally an English speaking Spanish lawyer (Abogado). They will make all the necessary searches to ensure the land belongs to the vendor, has all the correct planning and building permission and that the contract is fair and legal.
